I am still checking this Apple application out. I think it is interesting because not only can you track updates but you can know about the latest security issues. It also has live streaming which can be integrated with Itunes...Nice! what is interesting is that people from all over the world are updating and editing this Wiki so any problems you are facing is sure to be addressed on this forum.

I have been trying for years to build my own website. For some reason or another it wasnt happening. It was always a works in progress. I could never seem to get it to work. I always seem to miss a plug in or something. However, it is now up and running. I feel so good about this. The other thing also is it takes alot of hard work to get this thing off the ground. Not to mention money. Some way it has all come together.

I found his site Awkward TV I thought it could give me some tips on managing my television show but it was a little to complicated for me. That the thing with these projects the closer you get to the finish line the more work u have to put in. Awkward TV checks for updates with the Apple applications.

I am not there yet just thinking ahead.

This book I found to be informative in some respects. If you are a novice then this book would be great if you want to create Utube videos. I guess I am in the in between stages. Meaning I have been experimenting with some gadgets. Some I have mastered and some I have not. I have yet to do any editing with editing software which the book mentions. Since today is the day of “keeping it real”, this is right up my alley. Reality TV shows have really taken off. Although, I am relatively new to this game , I have been a subscriber to Utube for at least 5 years. I purchased this book in the hopes I could pick up some pointers in creating my own television show. The name of my television show is the JUSTASKKIMTV SHOW “where real recognize real”.
I personally think the book is useful but a little outdated. I have my FlipHD Mino which I can carry in my handbag. I think it is very useful and effective. It is very user friendly. There is no software to install. You just plug and play. I use my Flip HD Mino to create my videos. When I am finished I just upload the videos to UTube, Facebook and Myspace with just one click of the mouse. The audio is clear the the videos are crisp and professional. There was no mention of the FlipHD Mino in the book. Also, there is a business opportunity VM Direct which is MLM where you can create your own television shows and ever pay per view. The book did now mention Hello World or VM Direct.
However, the book did have some interesting subjects. Like the webcam. This computer I am using has one installed. This is an application that I have not been using. For whatever reasons. I tried it once and it works great. I have to get some better lighting and a wireless microphone and I am in business. I did buy a wireless microphone but, it was low end and it hasn’t given me the desired results. I did invest in the Logitech webcam’s 2 of them as a matter of fact and they were a great learning tool for my son. I had a computer crash and haven’t had a chance to get the other one repaired. As a matter of fact my family and I did a video conference on Skype using the Logitech Webcam. It was awesome. I am well aware of the benefits of Utube and Webcams.
As my budget permits I will invest in more gadgets. I would love to buy an AppleLaptop. I will place this on my wish list along with GarageBand Software. The GarageBand software is for the Mac and is an audio application.
I also see people uploading videos using their Blackberry. There are many new applications out there that the book didn’t mention. However, I am most interested in Windows Movie Maker which comes with most computers today. So the book did give tips on the use of this as well as other advantages for using Windows Movie Maker.
In conclusion, the book was written over a year ago and a lot has changed since then. The book did help me with my Utube Channel. I was able to get that up and running. The book has certainly pushed me in the right direction. I am now working on my website. I will try Google Adsense and the book mentions along with other Ecommerce applications.

Online Video Marketing for Any Business by Michael Miller I will be using this book to help me with the launch of my Television Show. Some of the applications are very user friendly like using the Webcam. Most computers built today have built in Webcam's. So it makes good sense to learn how to use them. Also, it is cost effective. You can upload them to Utube.

Once you learn to use them you can create your on "channel". I am inviting you to join me as i create my very first episode.

THE JUSTASKKIM TV SHOW ON UTUBE

I have just created the JustAskKim TV show on Utube and I am really excited about this. I am really new to this because I just got my new camcorder. I am learning how to use it. I am not good at following instructions. I am a visual. I have to learn thru trial and error.

I know I said that I love my new camcorder...it uploads directly to Utube...i have to be mindful of the browser I am using. With my new camcorder you can upload directly to Facebook, MySpace and Utube. The quality of the videos are awesome.

WHAT IS IT THAT I WANT TO SAY

First I want a show that is income generating. One that is a business as well as fun. I dont want to spend alot of time with anything that does not feed my soul. Enough said.

First I would like some of my famous and celebrity friends to sing and say hello to my listening audience. Since I already have a national as well as international Radio Show this will not be difficult. Most of my celebrity friends have already been on the JustAskKim Radio Show.

Next, I will have indie artists singing from their newly released cd's. THE JUSTASKKIM STAFF WILL OPEN UP THE SHOW.

I have always wanted to have my own television show. From the time I was a little girl I have had visions of grandeur. I have always wanted to be in the spot light.

I remember when I was about seven or eight years old an angel came to me while I was taking a bath. The angel told me I was going to be a famous writer. She told me that i would not receive my fame until i was well into my sixties. I rushed out into the living room and told my mother. My mother told me that i should seek a more practical dream. She said most writers find them selves living in dire poverty before they ever get recognized.

I thought something was wrong with me. Was I going crazy? Hearing voices? I knew what i heard. I developed a fondness for reading. I still love to read to this very day and write. It is like an obsession.

I currently have my own radio show. The JustAskKim Radio Show on Blogtalkradio.com Now i am creating my very own Television show. I am creating this blog so that all of my friends and fans can follow me as i take this fantastic voyage....

I am almost finished with the JustAskKim Story and my radio and television show is a marketing and promotions tool...i am open to comments and questions...stay tuned
